Annual Canned Food Drive

Each year FBLA hosts the HHS Canned Food Drive. Students are encouraged to bring canned food items to their first block classes and the first block with the most cans by the end date wins a pizza party courtesy of FBLA!

The Cottage

The Cottage is a shelter for abused, neglected, ior dependant children of Walker, Dade, Catoosa, and Chattooga counties. This year for the holiday season we are challenging all students to bring in items for the children at The Cottage. These items could range anywhere from iTunes gift cards to makeup to simple things such as body wash or shampoo. FBLA has had a huge success with this event in the past and we know that that only translates into a better Christmas for the kids at The Cottage.

Dunk-a-Teacher for
March of Dimes

The March of Dimes is an organization that helps expecting mothers to have   full-term pregnancies and have healthy babies. This year, FBLA chose to support that organization through a Dunk-a-Teacher event! Students could donate 25 cents to the teacher they'd like to see dunked and the top teachers got a chance to be dunked in a dunk tank by their students. The teachers and students had a lot of fun with this event and we plan on doing it again next year!

Each year FBLA selects projects in our community to sponsor. Below are the projects we have taken on so far:
